The countryside around the cottage hesitates between pasture and forest. The private Woods extend the forest of Ecouves. It is common to see large wild animals. Jean-Pierre wanted to farm the Monnerie a friendly home for meetings and family stays. It has kept the charm of the old for exteriors and preferred a very contemporary vision for the Interior. Ideal to welcome your tribe in need of oxygen, started and quiet, this cottage offers many opportunity for outdoor recreation. POSSIBILITY TO RENT TWO APARTMENTS HAS REDUCED RATE.

Ground floor: living room (TV) with kitchen area, lounge (TV, fireplace, sofa bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 cm) with integrated shower room and private toilet, shower room, toilet, laundry room .
First floor (accessed via the living room): 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with integrated shower room, 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with integrated shower room, toilet. First floor (accessed via the living room): mezzanine (double sofa bed, TV), 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with integrated shower room and private toilet.

Nous avions loué les deux gites pour fêter mes 30 ans. Le lieu reclus, le confort des lits et la séparation des deux maisons ont été parfaits pour notre groupe. Les deux maisons sont décorées avec gout et dotées d'équipements modernes. Aucun risque par ailleurs de déranger des voisins avec le bruit ! Et les invités préférant le calme se sont bien plus dans la seconde partie de la maison, depuis laquelle nous n'entendions rien de la fête malgré le mur mitoyen. L'étang et aménagements extérieurs offrent une vue superbe, et les enfants se sont bien amusés sur l'aire de jeux récemment installée.
