This gite has been very carefully restored by the municipality and is located at the top of the village. The village of La Perrière and its surroundings offer you beautiful walks in all seasons.
In Perche, in the heart of Perrière, on the promontory of the Eperon site on the edge of the Bellême forest, this presbytery has been restored with great charm and comfort while retaining the woodwork, its parquet floors and fireplaces and decorated by local artists. Demonstrations enliven the village.
All-inclusive equipment.
Former independent presbytery with central heating included.
Ground floor: vestibule, office, living room with kitchen area, lounge (harmonium, library), toilet (accessible with 4 steps), games room (ping-pong).
Floor: bedroom (3 single beds including 1 pull-out), bedroom (3 single beds including 1 pull-out), bedroom (150 cm double bed, double sofa bed), shower room/WC, bathroom/ WC (tumble dryer).
Enclosed garden 1,000 m².
The cottage is near the church which has kept its bells in operation (day and night hours and Angelus at 7 a.m.).
2 charging stations for electric vehicles in the village a few hundred meters away.

C’est la troisième fois que nous retournons à La Perriere. Le gîte est très confortable , calme et lumineux. Deux petites remarques, les radiateurs font parfois bu bruit et un des deux canapés du salon pourrait être changé, car l’assise n’est pas très confortable. Sinon, tout est parfait, allez-y les yeux fermés, nous rentrons toujours très ressourcés, et le village bénéficie d’une boulangerie, d’une épicerie et de trois restaurants tout en étant calme.
